Self Pay Rates
Intake and Follow Up Sessions
Online or in-person, standard 50 minute intake and follow up sessions. Typically, sessions are recommended weekly or bi-weekly, duration recommendations will vary depending on your personal needs.
50 mins | $150
Intensive Relationship/EMDR Sessions
In-person preferred, 75 minute follow up sessions. The need for extended session options for complex relational and trauma related concerns will be assessed at intake evaluation.
75 mins | $210
Insurances Accepted
If you don’t see your insurance listed, sometimes it is a subsidiary of one of the insurance listed. Please feel free to inquire HERE. If your insurance is out-of-network, you can opt to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider directly via Superbill.
Cigna and Optum EAPs are accepted. Please note that EAP session duration ranges from 25-40 minutes and are only accepted once per client for the duration of their treatment. After EAP has expired, continued sessions will continue with standard insurance coverage or self pay rate.
