I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida (MH16130). Both my Masters of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelors degree in Psychology were obtained from the University of Central Florida (GO KNIGHTS!)

I specialize in working with individuals who are working through family of origin, perinatal, and relational concerns. I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults to help them cope with difficult emotions, anxiety, grief/loss, depression as well as improve self esteem, relationship satisfaction and process unresolved trauma. My theoretical approach is person centered and I commonly utilize cognitive behavioral, strength based, solution focused, mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) techniques in session.

My main role as your counselor is to support you in your exploration of your concerns and personal needs. My goal is to provide you with the skills to feel empowered to achieve a greater sense of meaning and purpose in your life. I look forward to meeting with you soon!
